- Please note that these discounts cannot be combined with temporary offers such as Last Minute, Black Friday, and other special promotions.
- All discounts apply to stays of at least 7 nights, unless otherwise indicated.
- Temporary offers, Last Minute, Black Friday, and all special promotions are considered "NON-REFUNDABLE RATE" and do not allow cancellations or date changes.
- Offers are not retroactive and do not apply if lower rates are published after a booking has been confirmed.
Booking Information
Bookings can be made from Saturday to Saturday. It is possible, subject to availability, to request midweek bookings, provided that arrival or departure takes place on Saturday.
Luggage service is available exclusively on Saturdays.
Discounts and offers apply to the SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE package and are valid for stays of at least 7 nights.
- Rates do not include the tourist tax, currently €2.50 per day starting from 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 days.
- For "Family Room" bookings, a minimum of 3 full adult rates will be charged, regardless of the participants' ages. Reductions start from the 4th bed, with a minimum of 50% discount.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum 30% deposit or full payment, via bank transfer or credit card charge.
- Online bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card (NO RECHARGEABLE CARDS). For bookings confirmed manually by the Management, a 50% deposit is required.
- It is not possible to guarantee a specific room number.
- The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival. Ordinary and cashier's checks are not accepted;
- To access the facility's services and for safety reasons, Guests must wear, from the moment of arrival, the identification bracelet applied at check-in by the staff;
- Free cancellation: In case of booking cancellation within 14 days before arrival, the deposit and/or balance will be fully refunded. Otherwise, the deposit paid will be retained as a penalty. Cancellations must be sent via email to info@hotelvalleclavia.it. Other methods will NOT be accepted.
- No refunds are provided for stays not completed or meals not consumed.
- No refunds are provided for last minute, Black Friday, or other temporary special offers.
- To access offers, it is necessary to confirm them before the expiration date of the quote. Expired quotes and offers are not retroactive.
- The stay can begin, at your choice, with lunch or dinner on the day of arrival.
Room delivery is guaranteed from 4:00 PM, but if they are ready earlier, we will gladly make them available.

A FEE OF €10.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH HOUR OF DELAY (the beach service is guaranteed from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival).
Check-in procedures can ONLY begin after verifying that all check-outs scheduled for the day have been completed, and in any case, not before 11:00 AM.
Subject to availability, it is possible to request a late check-out no later than 2:00 PM at an additional cost of €70.00 per room.

N.B. ALL SUPPLEMENTS ARE EXCLUSIVELY ONE PER ROOM, UPON REQUEST AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF THE FACILITY AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION.
These regulations can be viewed by consulting our web pagewww.hotelvalleclavia.it in the “general conditions” section or you will find them displayed in our offices and common areas and are therefore considered fully accepted at the time of booking with the payment of the deposit and/or upon arrival at the facility for guests who do not make use of the booking procedure.
RESPONSIBILITY – INSURANCE
The Park Hotel Valle Clavia declines all responsibility for thefts of any kind for objects and/or money left unattended in the rooms or under the umbrellas and/or in the car, etc..
The Park Hotel Valle Clavia and the staff are not responsible for thefts or losses that may occur inside or outside the structure, nor are they responsible for damages in the event of temporary lack of gas, electricity, water or technical failures to the systems, for accidents caused by natural elements, such as wind, rain and similar, for falling trees, branches or pine cones or other plant parts in conjunction or not with atmospheric events, for accidents caused by guests or their equipment or mobile vehicles.
The Park Hotel Valle Clavia declines all responsibility for clumsy maneuvers carried out to enter or exit the parking lots and/or roads internal (hits to plants, branches, poles and walls of various kinds, etc.).
Any temporary suspension, due to technical reasons or force majeure, of services or ancillary activities, may not, under any circumstances, constitute a reason for revoking the reservation, or cause for termination of the relationship.
The Park Hotel Valle Clavia reserves the unquestionable right to make any type of structural and/or organizational changes within the accommodation facilities and may, at its sole discretion, access at any time the spaces entrusted as rooms and areas pertaining to the room, whenever it deems it necessary for reasons of urgency, maintenance, safety, control and inspection checks. The use of all sports equipment, and participation in the activities of organized entertainment, are at the user's own risk.
Furthermore:
- Breakfast (mainly sweet prepared by our pastry chef) Buffet on the Panoramic Terrace from 07:30 to 09:30.
- Lunch in the Restaurant Room from 12:30 to 14:00, with drinks included.
- Dinner in the Restaurant Room from 19:30 to 21:00, with drinks included.
- Open Bar Hall from 07:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 24:00 (excluding alcoholic beverages and canned/bottled drinks).
- Beach Bar from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. (soft drinks on tap and slushes)
- Bar Terrazzo from 21:30 to 24:00. (soft drinks on tap and draft beer)
- Beach service starting from the third row, assigned based on the time of confirmation (the first two rows are available on request and for a fee see supplements).

Pets are welcome in our hotel.
Here are the rules for accepting our 4-legged friends:
Our hotel has always accepted animals (dogs and cats), but out of respect for other guests and for common hygiene rules, owners must guarantee compliance with the rules listed below:
- Pets are allowed in our hotel, upon prior notification;
- The cost of the animal's stay is a one-off fee of 100.00 EURO, due to a more frequent room cleaning. thorough and with adequate detergents and sanitizers compared to normal;
- Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed, they must not exceed 10 kg in weight;
- In the common areas of the hotel, animals must be kept on a leash or in their own carrier;
- It is strictly forbidden to let dogs do their business or take them to any of the green areas of the Hotel.
- A maximum of one pet is allowed in each room;
- The customer must be adequately equipped for the well-being of their animal, including carriers and travel kennels;
- It is It is absolutely forbidden to let your pet climb onto beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.;
- They are not allowed in the breakfast room and restaurant, amphitheater and swimming pool;
- Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms;
- Your pet must be accustomed to living in the house and in a clean regime. If your pets cause too much mess, you may be asked to pay a supplement. Dogs barking or cats meowing can disturb other guests;
- For reasons of safety and comfort of your pet, the maid will not clean the room if your pet is left unattended. If you are present during the time the maid is present in your room, your pet must be on a leash or in a cage. Please contact the maid regarding the appropriate time for cleaning the room;
- Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may arise from animals.
- You can access the beach with your 4-legged friends by reserving the umbrellas dedicated to them; it is not possible to reserve the umbrellas in the first two rows.
Soft All-inclusive rates include:
NOT INCLUDED: alcoholic and spirits, soft drinks and bottled/canned water and anything not specifically mentioned in the INCLUDED section.
Terrazzo Bar (Opening hours: 9.30 pm - 12 am) with unlimited consumption of soft drinks and draft drinks, draft beer.
Beach bar (Opening hours 9.00 am - 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm) with unlimited consumption of water, granitas and non-alcoholic draft drinks
COFFEE AND ALCOHOL ARE NOT SERVED AT THE BEACH BAR
The Bar Terrazzo and the Beach Bar are open from 01.06 to 06.09.
For hygiene reasons, the staff is NOT authorized to fill personal bottles/flasks from the dispensers.
- Drinks with meals.
- Equipment and services: swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, children's pool. Tennis, five-a-side football: use during the day, of the multipurpose tennis/five-a-side football pitch; bowling green, children's play area, table tennis.
- Luggage service guaranteed only on Saturdays.
- Internal, fenced and unattended car park.
- Daytime and evening entertainment. Daily programme that includes sports and contact entertainment, on the beach, with group dancing, water aerobics, aerobics, evening shows in the splendid setting of the panoramic terrace. Miniclub (4-10 years), Junior Club (10-17 years).
Rates do not include any tourist tax.
For requests in "Family Room" a minimum of 3 full adult rates will be calculated regardless of the age of the participants in the trip. Reductions starting from the 4th bed minimum of 50%.
For the B&B and Half Board formulas, the beach service is not included, it is possible to reserve it during the booking phase or directly upon arrival subject to availability at an additional cost of €25.00 per day.
