Reservations, discounts and related offers are based on the all-inclusive and / or full board formula, and for a minimum of 7 days;

Terms of payment:
» The balance of the stay is made upon arrival;
» We accept cash (within the limits of the law), debit cards and major credit cards for payment;
» The property reserves the right, at any time, to block the amount of the stay due net of deposits and deposits paid, on the credit card provided at the time of booking;
» Ordinary and circular checks are not accepted;
» In order to use the services of the structure, as well as for security reasons, guests must wear the identification bracelet upon arrival.
Annulment:
» ONLY cancellations received in writing by email to info@hotelvalleclavia.it will be taken into consideration;
» In case of cancellation of the reservation within 8 days before arrival, the deposit and / or the balance will be fully refunded;
» For cancellations from the 7th day before the arrival date, the deposit paid as a penalty will be retained;
» There is no refund for unfinished stays and unused meals.
» There is no refund for last minute offers.
Validity of the reservation:
» The booking guaranteed by deposit is valid until midnight on the day of arrival;
» Delayed arrival and / or early departure in any case entail the payment of all booked nights;
» The stay can begin, indifferently, with lunch or dinner on the day of arrival. The delivery of the rooms is guaranteed from 16:00 but, should they be ready beforehand, we will gladly make them available;
» CHECK-IN IS STARTING FROM 13:00, CHECK-OUT BEFORE 10:00;
» The Beach Service (where included) is guaranteed from 13:00 on the day of arrival until the day before departure. The last day is on request and is to be considered an extra.
» Subject to availability, it is possible to request a late check out no later than 2:00 pm at an additional cost of € 70.00 per room.
STAY MINORS
Minors can stay in the hotel ONLY if accompanied by at least one parent, presenting a valid identification document at the time of check-in.
Minors CANNOT stay in the hotel alone, even if in possession of an identity document or a proxy from the parent.
